Prior to joining the FLAG leadership team, he was a principal and in-house tax counsel of a large financial services partnership in the United States, as well as an adjunct professor at Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.

John received a Bachelor of Science and Master’s in Accounting, both with highest honors, from the University of Missouri and a J.D. from the University of Missouri, where he served on the Law Review. He is passionate about serving others and engaging them with the hope of the gospel. John is married to Vonda, the Communications Coordinator for FLAG, and they have two children.
